Archana Trivedi, MD, Psychiatrist
Dr. Trivedi is a board-certified general adult psychiatrist with special interest in cross-cultural psychiatry, mental illness with co-occurring substance use disorders and use of interventional psychiatry (ECT & TMS) in treatment-resistant psychiatric disorders.
She earned her medical degree in India and her early psychiatric training was completed at Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi, India. Dr. Trivedi completed her residency in Psychiatry at the University of Arizona.
Being trained in India as well as in the United States gives her double distinction of having trained in two culturally and ethnically different societies. This gives her a unique ability to understand the meaning of culture and ethnicity difference in the contemporary world on mental health services. She believes in integrating the psychodynamic principles applicable to the patients with psychopharmacology in the practice of psychiatry for a better treatment outcome. She is also open to interventions such as ECT in treatment-resistant cases.
Her warm, accepting approach is appreciated by many of her patients. She is known for her excellent personal care and ability to establish a therapeutic relationship with her patients. She works closely with the patients and their families to develop the treatment plan that best meets their individual needs.
Danielle Gutierrez, Office Manager
Danielle attended College at the California State University of Sacramento starting in 2012 and graduating in 2015. She Obtained an Associate’s Degree in Philosophy as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English. Danielle is currently working on her Master's degree in Social Work. Danielle has 13 years of medical back office experience. Danielle is a Registered Addiction Specialist, Certified Medical Substance Abuse Technician, Certified Addiction Treatment Consultant, and Certified Crisis Prevention Worker. Working all back-office positions in a hospital setting including the Emergency room, OB/ GYN, and Pediatrics, as well as experience in the medical office setting working in Family Medicine and OB/GYN offices. Danielle has four years of Medical Management experience and truly enjoys working in and around the Medical field.
Jeanine Ewert, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Jeanine has a Masters of Divinity and a Masters in Social Work. Prior to becoming a therapist, Jeanine spent eleven and a half years pastoring congregations in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Washington State. As a licensed clinical social worker, Jeanine has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with numerous diagnoses from depression, anxiety and trauma issues to grief and domestic violence. Her training includes using strengths-based and solution-focused therapy techniques, in addition to dialectical behavioral therapy and meditation practices. Jeanine enjoys swimming laps, reading, cooking, yoga, and traveling.
Arnecia Lewis-Smith, Family Nurse Practitioner
Arnecia Lewis-Smith is a family nurse practitioner with a background in primary care. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University and then earned a Master of Science in Nursing and Healthcare Leadership from the University of California at Davis. She holds board certifications with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) as both a nurse practitioner and a physician assistant.
Arnecia believes respect, trust, and acceptance are the keys to a successful patient-provider relationship. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with family, watching movies, listening to music and exercising. Arnecia is known for her warm smile and compassionate nature.
Deborah boyd, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Deborah Boyd has been working in psychiatry for over forty years, where she loves watching the changes and growth in treatment for mental illness and addiction.
She graduated from Rio Hondo College as a Psychiatric Technician with Honors. She continued her education while working in Psychiatry and received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with a concentration in Psychology and Anthropology. She graduated from Professional School of Psychology with a Master of Arts in Psychology. Over her forty plus years, she has worked in many different environments such as American River Hospital’s Adult Psychiatric Unit and Sutter Memorial Hospital’s Latency in Adolescent programs. Later she worked in the crisis team at Heritage Oaks Hospital. She returned to Sutter Center for Psychiatry until she obtained my Marriage and Family Therapist Degree then went on to Kaiser Psychiatry, working in the Day Treatment program and Crisis unit. After 16 years at Kaiser, she retired. Deborah now works part-time at Human Touch Behavior Health where she is enjoying the smaller clinic atmosphere with Dr. Trivedi.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling to different counties to better understand cultural differences. I also enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, gardening, and doing yoga.
Victoria Tognozzi, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Victoria is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. As a therapist, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults and couples, using a variety of approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and TEAM-CBT. Victoria thrives on building the connection between individuals and working toward solving problems, whether they are mood, relationship, or habit or addiction problems. She also has a background in music, with a Master’s degree in violin performance and extensive experience both teaching and playing professionally. In her spare time, she enjoys learning, exercise, animals, music, and spending time with friends.
Angela Hartman, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Angela Hartman works part time for Human Touch Behavioral Health. She lives in Vacaville, California. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual and group therapy. She has worked in various public service settings since the 1980's. She retired from Napa County, where she provided individual and group therapy to substance disordered clients. She completed her Master's degree in social work at San Jose State University in 2006. Her therapeutic approach is holistic, that is, addressing patients' bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs.
Linda Ifeoma Okwu, Nurse Practitioner
Ifeoma Okwu is a family nurse practitioner with experience in working in primary care settings. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in health education, with a concentration in community-based public health, and her Master's degree in nursing from the University of California, San Francisco. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Ifeoma strives to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to the people she serves. She believes that health and well-being starts with supporting one's mental health. Ifeoma plans to return to school in the near future to obtain her post-master's certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP).
In her spare time, Ifeoma enjoys the arts, reading, and spending time with her family.
