Archana Trivedi, MD, Psychiatrist

Dr. Trivedi is a board-certified general adult psychiatrist with special interest in cross-cultural psychiatry, mental illness with co-occurring substance use disorders and use of interventional psychiatry (ECT & TMS) in treatment-resistant psychiatric disorders.

She earned her medical degree in India and her early psychiatric training was completed at Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi, India. Dr. Trivedi completed her residency in Psychiatry at the University of Arizona.

Being trained in India as well as in the United States gives her double distinction of having trained in two culturally and ethnically different societies. This gives her a unique ability to understand the meaning of culture and ethnicity difference in the contemporary world on mental health services. She believes in integrating the psychodynamic principles applicable to the patients with psychopharmacology in the practice of psychiatry for a better treatment outcome.  She is also open to interventions such as ECT in treatment-resistant cases.

Her warm, accepting approach is appreciated by many of her patients. She is known for her excellent personal care and ability to establish a therapeutic relationship with her patients. She works closely with the patients and their families to develop the treatment plan that best meets their individual needs.




Linda Ifeoma Okwu, Nurse Practitioner (NP) 

Ifeoma Okwu is a family nurse practitioner with experience in working in primary care settings. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in health education, with a concentration in community-based public health, and her Master's degree in nursing from the University of California, San Francisco. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. 
Ifeoma strives to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to the people she serves. She believes that health and well-being starts with supporting one's mental health. Ifeoma plans to return to school in the near future to obtain her post-master's certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). 
In her spare time, Ifeoma enjoys the arts, reading, and spending time with her family. 




Angela Hartman, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Angela Hartman works part time for Human Touch Behavioral Health. She lives in Vacaville, California. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual and group therapy. She has worked in various public service settings since the 1980's. She retired from Napa County, where she provided individual and group therapy to substance disordered clients. She completed her Master's degree in social work at San Jose State University in 2006. Her therapeutic approach is holistic, that is, addressing patients' bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs.




Shalini Middleton, PsyD, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Shalini received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. Her major was Pre-med, but after taking a few Psychology classes "for fun" at the recommendation of her cousin who also went there, she had found a subject that she did not know she was in love with since she could remember! Shalini knew Psychology was the field and therapy was the career she was meant to be in.

She went on to graduate school at National University where she got her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Shalini then decided to pursue her doctorate in the Marital & Family Therapy Program at Alliant International University. She earned her doctorate in Marital & Family Therapy at Alliant in 2019, concluding her long journey as a student.



Jeanine Ewert, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Director of Behavioral Health

Jeanine has a Masters of Divinity and a Masters in Social Work. Prior to becoming a therapist, Jeanine spent eleven and a half years pastoring congregations in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Washington State. As a licensed clinical social worker, Jeanine has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with numerous diagnoses from depression, anxiety and trauma issues to grief and domestic violence. Her training includes using strengths-based and solution-focused therapy techniques, in addition to dialectical behavioral therapy and meditation practices. Jeanine enjoys swimming laps, reading, cooking, yoga, and traveling.



Glen Bushers, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Glen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 30 years professional experience in the mental health field. He received his Bachelor Degree in 1979 from CSU, Sacramento, Dept of Social Work with a concentration in Corrections. After working with adolescents & families in a crisis residential program for 4 years he returned to graduate school at CSU, Sacramento, where he received a Master of Social Work in 1989 specializing in Child & Family Services. In addition to direct services Glen has provided leadership, program management, supervision, & staff training. His experience includes both in-patient & out-patient settings working with a very culturally diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, transitional aged youth, young adults, families, homeless mentally ill, & adults in acute stages of HIV/AIDS.

Glen utilizes a holistic approach of traditional Western therapy orientations & Eastern thought & philosophy which focuses on direct experience, consciousness, & awareness of the subjective experience of mind, body, & spiritual unity of the individual. Therapeutic orientations include Problem Solving, Solution Focused, Systems, Ericksonian, & Crisis Intervention. The key for Glen is to facilitate identification of what the client wants (goal) & how the client wants to achieve their goal (objective). Through belief, respect, compassion, & desire it is possible to make the impossible possible.

Glen’s primary interest is martial arts. He has over 45 years of training in Tae Kwon Do, & is currently a 6th Degree Master & instructor. He is currently preparing for an advanced promotion to 7th Degree Master within the next year.



Kassy Saeppunh, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Kassy is a part time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master's of Science degree in marriage, family, and child counseling at Sacramento State University in 2017. Kassy has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with various diagnoses, such as mood and anxiety disorders, and complex traumas. She believes in having an eclectic approach in therapy to support and cater to each patient's unique journey in therapy.

Kassy enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends during her free time
