Mayra Torres- Therapy & IOP Coordinator, M.A., TMS technician
Mayra has been a medical assistant for the past six years, she worked in a Primary care office for 2 years in Modesto California then moved to Sacramento and started working as Dr. Trivedi’s M.A. at HTBH. Mayra has been with HTBH since 2018 she is currently the therapy and IOP coordinator and assistant to Jeanine our Therapy Director .
Mayra enjoys spending time with her loved ones and helping them out as much as possible.
Ka Lee- Insurance Verification Coordinator, M.A.
Ka graduated from Carrington College in 2019 as a Medical Assistant. Ka has been with Human Touch Behavioral Health for 2 years. She started as a medical assistant taking vitals and scheduling appointments then moved to our billing department. Now, Ka is the insurance verifier. she verifies all insurances and makes sure that our office is in network with our patients policies/plans.
In her free time, Ka likes to spend time with her family and friends.
Maxi Bejar M.A.- ECT Coordinator, TMS Certified Tech, CPR/BLS Certified
Maxi is an accomplished Medical Assistant having graduated top of her class in 2018. She has adapted within our practice, seamlessly moving from one position to another. Maxi has experience working in internal medicine, family practice, and primary care. Maxi has been with HTBH for over two years. Maxi is dependable, professional, and loves helping others.
In her free time Maxi enjoys reading books and playing with her kids. She is currently attending American River College pursuing her Associates Degree in Nursing and acquire her Certified Medical Assistant License.
Monica Santana- Intake Coordinator
Monica has been with HTBH for 6 months helping patients establish. Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Monica started working in the medical field as a caregiver to the senior community for four years. Monica excelled as a caregiver and had been promoted to medication aide, she held that position for two years, till she transitioned to HTBH.
Monica's passion for the medical field started when she helped her grandmother recover from cancer. She enjoys and feels accomplished by helping others.
In her free time Monica likes to listen to music, and making others laugh.
